Program Points will not be awarded for treatments and products, except in accordance with the listed Earnings Cap for the respective treatment or product.

** Additional Non-Allergan Product/Procedure Rules
- Consumer can only earn Program points on up to three (3) unique Categories/Procedure per transaction.
- Consumer can earn Program points on a maximum of twelve (12) treatments for each unique Category/Procedure per rolling year (For example, consumer can only earn Program points on up to twelve (12) skin care products).
- Consumer cannot earn points on more than twenty-four (24) Non-Allergan treatments per rolling 12 months, in accordance with the applicable Non-Allergan treatment label or current medical standard of care for products/procedures for which there is no label.
